User Responsibility
It is the user’s responsibility to:
- Assess the load-bearing capacity of the ground.
- Ensure vehicles operate only within the weight the ground can safely support.
- Install mats with all connectors in place and follow installation instructions.
GroundGuards accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or downtime resulting from misuse. Mats are not suitable for bridging or for use on ground that cannot safely support equipment.
Damage caused by mechanical equipment (e.g., cuts from digger buckets), falling objects, or sharp protrusions beneath the mats is not covered by the guarantee.
